In order to provide a stable quality and high performance products to client, GBS has a complete testing process to check the tapes or films quality from different dimensions. When we received raw material , our IQC department will arrange the first test, like check the package, appearance, width, length.  Then our QC team will use the Rolling ball tack initial tester to test the initial viscosity of the sample.Then use the holding tack tester to check the holding power of the adhesive tapes and use the peel adhesion tester to check the tensile strength. Before shipping our OQC team will double check the appearance, quantity, and some performance of tape as per client request.
