DMD Insulation Paper is a composite material features excellent electrical insulation, heat resistance and mechanical strength. It is made of polyester film and polyester fiber non-woven soft composite material impregnated with heat-resistant modified epoxy resin and baked. This material is divided into two types: Class B and Class F insulation paper, of which Class B has a temperature resistance of 105 degrees and Class F has a temperature resistance of 155 degrees. DMD material has good mechanical strength, dielectric properties and high heat resistance. It is a standardized insulation material for Y series motors and can be used as slot insulation, inter-turn and inter-layer insulation, liner insulation core and transformer insulation for small and medium-sized motors.
The structure and properties of DMD material make it an ideal insulation material and are widely used in the insulation needs of electrical equipment. Its product colors are white and red, with a thickness range from 0.10mm to 0.90mm and a width of 980mm to 990mm. The implementation standard of DMD insulation paper is JB/T 4060-1991, which has good mechanical strength, dielectric properties and high heat resistance.
The packaging of DMD insulating paper includes tube core, inner packaging and outer packaging. The diameter of the tube core is 76mm (3''). The inner packaging is polyethylene film and the outer packaging is carton or snakeskin bag. It should be stored in a dry place and valid for two years. The technical parameters include nominal thickness, thickness limit deviation, nominal quantity and limit deviation, film nominal thickness, tensile strength, etc., which ensures the quality and performance of the product.
The application of DMD materials is not limited to the insulation of electrical equipment, but also plays an important role in the materials and construction of distribution transformers. Non-prepreg DMD can be used as interlayer insulation for oil-immersed transformers, while prepreg DMD can be used as interlayer insulation for low-voltage foil-wound coils of F-class dry-type transformers. These applications demonstrate the wide applicability and importance of DMD materials in the field of electrical engineering.
