GBS Tape is a professional Adhesive Tape Converter, we will always confirm some detail information when receiving inquiries from our clients. Here we would like to conclude some basic tips that we need to know before an order placed:
1. What size do you need? The size information is including what thickness, width and length.
2. What kind of surface or objects will you stick the tapes on? Is that smooth surface metal, PC, ABS plastic, glass or rough surface like wood, stone, walls?
3. What’s the tape working environment. Is that for indoor or outdoor usage?
Does it need to resistant to UV or temperature? If so, how much and for how long it will last?
4. What’s the highest working temperature of the tape?
Is that low temperature or high temperature Like 180℃, 200℃ or 300℃?
5. How long does the tape need to be sticked on the objects?
Is that short term usage like 10seconds, 10minutes, 30minutes or long term application?
6. Does the tape bond temporarily or permanently?
If temporarily, do you need it clean removed after used?
7. Do you have any special requirement for the adhesion?
We have low/medium/strong adhesion for your choice.
We can customize adhesion from 1g to 800g for silicone type adhesive tape, and 5g-2000g adhesion for acrylic type adhesive tape.
8. Do you need us die cut the tape for your easier usage?
If yes, we would need CAD/PDF drawing provided.
9. Do you need logo printed on the package?
If yes, LOGO file by AI Format needed, and there would be an extra printing tooling cost and MOQ request for each order.
10. Do you need a sample for testing first?
If yes, we can provide free material sample by A4 paper size for your testing first.
Or you can place a small trial order for more completely test.
11. Do you have special requirement for the package?
Our general packing is several rolls separated by a release paper to avoid two rolls stick together, then 10 or 20rolls to a PE Bag, and 50-100rolls to a carton.
We can customize packing as per your request as well.
12. Do you have your own forwarder to carry the goods?
If not, we can prepay the shipping cost for you or we can use freight collection by your express account.
