GBS CAPABILITIES
With over 20 years of manufacturing experience in adhesive tape industry, GBS Tape has been devoted ourselves to improving the processing capability and adhesive technology.
In order to improve our capability, we gradually invested production equipment like Slitting machine, Laser Cutting machine, Rewinding machine, Sheeting machine, Flat-bed die cutting machine,etc. With the increasing demands of different die cutting materials, GBS also introduced 16-station Rotary die cutting machine which could laminate and die cut different materials simultaneously and more efficiently. In order to ensure the high quality of raw material, GBS Tape also invested coating equipment for high temperature silicone adhesive tapes and casting film blowing equipment for PE protective films.
COATING
GBS owned built coating line is used for silicone adhesive tape manufacturing like High temperate kapton tape, High temperature PET Tape, with the adhesive coating line, GBS is capable to control the core adhesive technology and work out more accurate and suitable adhesive solutions for clients.
LAMINATING
GBS Lamination machine is the process to join two or more materials together in layers to create a single composite material. It can laminate like foam tape on to the conductive copper film, or laminate release liner or film or paper on to the double side tapes, etc.
REWINDING / SLITTING
The rewind machine is mainly used to unwind a large roll of paper, film, non-woven tape, aluminum foil tape, insulation tape or other jumbo roll materials into small rolls in different widths. GBS has different rewind slitting machines which utilize the Score, Shear, or the Razor slitting methods for different materials.
DIE-CUTTING

TESTING LAB
In order to provide a stable quality and high performance products to client, GBS has a complete testing process to check the tapes or films quality from different dimensions.
When we received raw material , our IQC department will arrange the first test, like check the package, appearance, width, length.
